WEEK 3 with Kirbie

The last week in the Sports Information office I have been adding new players to the rosters and updating returning players for fall sport teams. The new website has been a big success for Methodist University athletics. Fall schedule cards were made for the fall athletic team and I distributed those schedule cards around campus and the community of Fayetteville.

first week

This week was a pretty busy week for the sports information office with all of the fall sports starting up. Methodist University's athletics page is starting a new format for its website. We had to transfer the information from the old page to the new page. I announced at the volleyball games on friday and saturday. I have never done that before and I had a good time doing it. There were other duties I had during the volleyball games such as being the spotter for the entering the stats and the scoreboard operator. This week I'm going to add more old information to the new webpage which should start up Thursday.

Starting Internship

It is the first week of starting the internship. I will be working for Kirbie Britt, sports information director of Methodist University. I will announce the duties I have after the end of this week. I am looking forward to doing this internship this semester.
